Last week Microsoft gave its first official glimpse of its new operating system codenamed "Windows 8". Contrary to past Windows designs, Windows 8 featured a sleek touchscreen interface similar to that of todays smartphones and tablets. Although the new interface has recieved much acclaim amongst future users, it has however, gotten current windows deleopers worried-- As Windows 8 will most likely rely on HTML5 and JavaScript as the main platforms for the delevopement of its new applications.
